Planet LuLu hosts L.A.'s Best Summer Designer Sample Sale

Los Angeles, CA May 13, 2004 -– What do soccer moms, trendy teenagers and black-clad D-girls have in common? You can find them all in the salesrooms of Planet LuLu stalking designer apparel like prowling lionesses stalking prey. Planet Lulu hosts its summer sample sale on Saturday, June 5th from 9-3pm.

Shoppers will delight in apparel and accessories from over 60 of LA’s and New York’s most exclusive designers packed in one room. Shoppers may choose from designer handbags, top denim and boutique designers such as Lily McNeal, Free People, Eva Fortune and Ella Moss.

For five years now, Planet LuLu has been hosting monthly sales of some repute in California and New York. Angelenos have come to know Lulu as the best place to find designer apparel and accessories at bargain basement prices. From the monthly sample sales, Lulu developed the concept as invitation-only.

Planet Lulu’s first L.A. sale drew over 500 shoppers. Today, Lulu sees more attendees at each event. In case a girl can’t make the sale, Lulu opens its online store doors for two days each month so that fashion connoisseurs can still take part in the event.

Unlike other sample sales, Lulu doesn’t charge yearly membership or entrance fees to shop. The event and parking are free.
